1. Fill out your form online and send it to us. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number to track your claim .

2. Send the product to address: Sofia, 9 Bistrica St., Floor 1, Office 2, for Leonardo LTD

3. The amount will be refunded within 14 days to your bank account.

Describe your case and we will answer you as soon as possible

1. Send the product after completing the return form using the form from the button above.

2. You can fill out the form for right of withdrawal from the button in the page then send the product you wish to return to: Sofia, Bistrica St. 9, floor 1, office 2, for Leonardo LTD, tel: +359884 94 06 54 (Please do not send the products with cash on delivery). Enter your bank account information on the form and once we receive your product, we will refund the amount to your bank account.

3. The amount corresponding to your claim will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment at our claims processing center.

4. In case you have placed several separate orders and wish to make a claim for each separate order, please fill out a separate form for each order. Complaints for each individual order are reviewed separately.

5. Important! It is important that you return the product in its original packaging and with its attached labels and accessories. The products must be in an undamaged commercial appearance and without signs of use. We reserve the right not to honor your claim if any of the above conditions are not met.
